Description
- Ready Strip Wash paint remover clean-up safely and gently removes
the residue and softened layers sometimes remaining after paint
or varnish removal. It cleans and prepares the surface for refinishing.
It also helps remove stains from wood. This environmentally safe
solution contains no methylene chloride or harsh chemicals, is nonflammable,
non-combustible, and biodegradable. It works on interior and exterior
surfaces including wood, plaster, concrete, brick, stone, metal,
marble, fiberglass, veneers, etc. (Do not use on sheetrock, plastic,
rubber or linoleum surfaces).

Description
- Lead Clean lead dust cleaner is a
water-based, biodegradable, lead dust cleaner & paint deglosser.
A special NON-TSP formula eliminates lead dust, the most common
cause of lead poisoning. Lead Clean lead dust cleaner is designed
to hold lead in solution for effective removal, It is also an excellent
multipurpose cleaner on dirt, stains, grease, grime and unwanted
marks. It is designed to react quickly and work efficiently. It
is specifically engineered to have excellent wetting action to better
penetrate surface soils. As a post paint removal product, it insures
effective, time saving clean-up. Lead Clean lead dust cleaner is
also two products on one. For use prior to lead paint encapsulation,
let it dwell longer and a special deglossing agent helps insure
proper adherence.

Use immediately after paint or varnish removal. |
|
|
If bottom layers appear intact, or surface
is very tacky or gummy, then there is paint or varnish remaining
on the surface. Therefore, reuse Back to Nature Paint & Varnish
Removers as directed, before applying Ready Strip Wash paint
remover clean-up. |

Apply Ready Strip Wash paint remover clean-up
liberally onto the surface. Allow After-Strip to stay on the
surface approximately 1-2 minutes. |
|
|
Use a cloth, stripping pad or nylon brush
to scrub surface with Ready Strip Wash paint remover clean-up.
On wood, rub back and forth along the grain of the wood. |
|
|
Use a second application where necessary. |
|
|
After surface is clean, wipe down with a
dry cloth and let dry a minimum of 24 hours. Surface should
be completely dry before refinishing. |
|
|
If after using Ready Strip Wash paint remover
clean-up, stubborn paint or varnish remains on the surface,
reuse Back to Nature Paint & Varnish Remover and repeat application
of After-Strip where necessary. |
|

|
As a Household lead dust cleaner, Lead-Clean
should be used full strength. As a commercial lead dust cleaner,
multi-purpose cleaner, or post paint removal clean-up product,
Lead-Clean may be used full strength or diluted up to 3 to 1
with water. |
|
|
Apply Lead Clean lead dust cleaner using
a cloth, sponge, trigger spray or garden type sprayer for larger
areas. |
|
|
Wipe Lead Clean lead dust cleaner onto the
surface - work in with a brush or pad for stubborn areas. Allow
to dwell on the surface for up to 5 minutes. |
|
|
Wipe down with a wet sponge/cloth and let
dry. |
|
|
When repainting after paint removal, let
dry approximately 1 Hour before applying new finish. |
|
|
Hepa vacuum where necessary. Inspect visually
and with wipe sample where necessary. |
|
|
Use second application when necessary. As
a lead dust cleaner, do not reuse applicators. |

Due to the sensitive nature of
certain person's skin and eyes, chemical resistant gloves and safety
glasses are recommended. Avoid eye contact. If eye contact occurs
immediately flush with water for 15 minutes. Avoid prolonged and
repeated contact with skin. If skin contact occurs, wash with soap
and water Do not take internally. If swallowed do not induce vomiting.
Give 1 or 2 glasses of water and call a physician immediately.

Safety goggles or face shield
are recommended for eye protection. Protective gloves such as neoprene,
nitrile gloves are also recommended. In case of eye contact flush
with plenty of cool water for 15 minutes, lift lids, do not rub.
Get medical attention. In case of ingestion, drink water or milk
to dilute. Do not induce vomiting. Get medical attention immediately.

Clean off surface dirt using a damp cloth. |
|
|
Apply Lead Clean lead dust cleaner using
a cloth, sponge, trigger spray or garden type sprayer for larger
areas. |
|
|
Work Lead Clean lead dust cleaner into the
surface using brush or pad if necessary. Allow Lead Clean lead
dust cleaner to dwell on the surface approximately 10-15 minutes. |
|
|
While surface is still wet, wipe down with
a dry cloth. If Lead Clean lead dust cleaner has dried on the
surface, wipe down with a wet
sponge and allow to dry. |
|
|
Let dry approximately 1 hour before applying
encapsulant or new finish. |
|
|
Inspect visually. Do test patch where necessary. |
|
|
Use second application when necessary. |
