RemovALL products 210, 310, 510 and 610 are primarily engineered for spray application. For most effective application this product you will need an airless sprayer. Using lower pressures to apply is preferred because high pressure and narrow tip sizes will break the removers emulsion and limit its effectiveness. Equip the sprayer with a tip size of 0.019 inches or larger; use the minimum pressure that will allow an acceptable fan pattern. For test areas and smaller jobs, many have successfully used simple home use sprayer’s available at most big box outlets. RemovALL wears out the Atomizer every 20 minutes, so purchase several replacement Atomizers to have a supply on hand during your project. For medium or larger jobs we recommend and upgraded and/or costlier unit oftentimes costing several hundred dollars or more. The preferred sprayers are those with chemical resistant packing’s and ample power to spray latex paint. Test areas can be applied with a brush or trowel. For more information go here. |
