Napier RemovALL 210 Industrial paint remover is a water-based paint remover that is biodegradable, non-toxic, user friendly and environmentally safe. It is effective in the removal of the toughest industrial coatings like epoxy’s and urethanes from steel, metal, aluminum, concrete and masonry. Powered by the patented technology of the Selective Adhesion Release Agent (SARA), RemovALL 210 is mostly effective on non-porous surfaces. For stripping of a porous surface we recommend using RemovALL 310 Architectural paint remover instead. The most important aspect of this product is contained in the application method which requires use of an airless sprayer or HVLP spray equipment. If you apply this product by brushing or rolling you will not get optimum results. Although scraping will be necessary to complete the removal process, pressure washing is the manufacturer’s recommended removal method. Regardless of the methods used, the stripped surface must be rinsed with water to remove all chemical residues before repainting. |
