Napier RemovALL 310 Architectural paint remover is a water-based paint remover that is biodegradable, non-toxic, user friendly and environmentally safe. It is effective in removing tough coatings like urethanes and alkyds from brick, wood and other architectural surfaces. Powered by the patented technology of the Selective Adhesion Release Agent (SARA), RemovALL 310 is mostly effective on porous surfaces.  For stripping of a non-porous surface we recommend using RemovALL 210 Industrial paint remover or RemovALL 510 a more heavy duty version of the latter.  The most important aspect of the RemovALL product is contained in the application method which requires use of an airless sprayer or HVLP spray equipment.  If you apply this product by brushing or rolling you will not get ideal results.   Although scraping will be necessary to complete the removal process, pressure washing is the manufacturer’s recommended removal method. Regardless of the methods used, the stripped surface must be rinsed with water to remove all chemical residues before repainting. Recently featured on This Old House TV, this is a superior product used by industry professionals nationwide.

Airless or HVLP spray equipment required

RemovALL 310 has worldwide uses

Titan 440i Airless Paint SprayerRemovALL products 210, 310, 510 and 610 are engineered for spray application only.  You will need a small airless sprayer or large HVLP to apply this product.  The Airless is the more common sprayer for household use and often less trouble.  Reasoning; high pressure is neither required nor desired. High pressure and narrow tip sizes will break the remover's emulsion and will destroy its effectiveness. Equip the sprayer with a tip size of 0.019 inches or larger.  Many folks successfully use a Wagner home use sprayer available at most big box outlets for about $100.  RemovALL will wear out the Atomizer every 20 minutes.  Purchase several replacement Atomizers, normally costing about $3 apiece, to have a supply on hand during your project.
