Napier Technologies Removall 510 Heavy Industrial and Auto paint remover is a water-based paint remover that is biodegradable, non-toxic, user friendly and environmentally safe. It is extremely effective in removing the tough, high performance coatings used in the automobile and heavy industrial applications industries. Powered by the patented technology of the Selective Adhesion Release Agent (SARA), Removall 510 is mostly effective on non-porous surfaces. For stripping of a porous surface we recommend using Removal 310 Architectural paint remover instead. The most important aspect of this product is contained in the application method which requires use of an airless sprayer or HVLP spray equipment. If you apply this product by brushing or rolling you will not achieve the greatest results. Although scraping will be necessary to complete the removal process, pressure washing is the manufacturer’s recommended removal method. Regardless of the methods used, the stripped surface must be rinsed with water to remove all chemical residues before repainting. |
